Classes begin March 2023
- Year-long program for individuals at-risk for type 2 diabetes
- One-hour weekly cohort sessions with a lifestyle facilitator

Summer virtual sessions will be offered onĀ Tuesdays between 5:00 – 7:00 pm & Saturdays between 9:00 – noon.

Program Goals
The goal of the program is to slow down or prevent the development of type 2 diabetes through creating healthier lifestyle habits. The lifestyle change curriculum focuses on group empowerment, problem solving, and allows participants to get feedback on food tracking along with weekly weigh-ins.
Participants lose at least 5-7% of starting weight.
Participants get at least 150 minutes of physicak activity a week.
Participants form healthy habits that will last a loifetime.
