Speech Language Pathology Assistant

The Speech & Hearing Center is looking for a full-time speech-language pathologist assistant (SLPA) to provide treatment services to patients with communication deficits. This individual will be mostly in a clinical-based setting targeting a pediatric caseload. Some community speech and hearing screenings, as well as school speech therapy may also be included.

Other responsibilities include editing video and assignment desk duties. Must have 1-3 years’ experience. A degree in journalism or equivalent is required. Must have broadcast writing skills, video editing skills, word processing and basic computer skills.

clients and station promotions. Duties include commercial production for television and online, digital
banner ad creation, and website management. Other duties include assisting with station events and
